 Vision: To raise a generation of purpose‑driven, skilled, and principled young leaders globally.

Mission: To empower young people through barbering education, mentorship, leadership development, and community service — equipping them with the skills, values, and purpose needed to build sustainable futures.

OUR WHY?

We lead because I’ve seen firsthand how one skill, one opportunity, or one mentor can change the entire direction of a young person’s life. This is why Purpose of Barbering (POB) exists — not just to teach a craft, but to awaken a calling.

We lead because someone once invested in me. Not with money — but with belief, structure, accountability, and purpose. And now it’s my responsibility to create that same bridge for the next generation. We lead because there are young barbers who have the talent but lack guidance… Young adults who have potential but lack direction… And communities that have dreams but lack resources. 

Through POB Community, We’ve learned that leadership is not standing in front — it’s standing with people. Listening. Serving. Lifting. Opening doors they didn’t even know existed. 

We lead because the barber chair is more than a seat — it’s a classroom, a mentorship space, and a platform for transformation. When we teach skills, we build careers. When we teach purpose, we build leaders.

We lead because the next generation deserves examples of integrity, excellence, and discipline. They deserve to see someone who didn’t quit — even when life hit hard. Someone who chose purpose over excuses.

We lead because POB Community is bigger than me. It’s a movement. A legacy. A responsibility to shape men and women who will go back into their communities and lead with character. We lead because purpose demanded it. And because the people We serve deserve nothing less.
